Order Policy

Official Order Policy

This policy specifies the whole procedures, payment rules, production arrangements, after-sales and cancellation regulations for all customized aluminum outdoor products (aluminum pergolas, courtyard gates, privacy fences, glass railings, etc.). All clients will be deemed to accept the following terms once the order is confirmed.

1. Order Confirmation Process

  1. You send your required sizes, styles, colors and functional demands to us. We will draw detailed CAD construction drawings and offer official quotation accordingly.
  2. You need to check all dimensions, structure, color and hardware configuration carefully. The order officially takes effect only after you confirm the drawings and quotation in writing.
  3. Any omission or error on your side after confirmation shall not be counted as factory production fault.

2. Payment Regulations

  • Payment method: Only T/T bank transfer is available for bulk customized orders.
  • Payment schedule: 50% deposit upfront for raw material purchasing and production scheduling; the remaining 50% balance shall be fully paid before goods loading and sea shipment.
  • No cash on delivery service is supported.

3. Production Schedule

Standard production period: 15–25 working days after deposit arrival and drawing confirmation.
 
Temporary delays might be caused by complicated custom craftsmanship, raw material price fluctuation or national holidays, and we will notify you of the updated timeline beforehand.

4. Modification During Production

Since all products are non-standard customized goods tailored exclusively for you:
  • No free revision is allowed once production has started.
  • If you have to adjust sizes, colors or styles halfway, additional processing fees will be charged, and the delivery time will be postponed correspondingly.

5. Shipping & Cargo Acceptance

All finished goods are shipped by ocean freight. Shipping cost is calculated based on cargo volume and gross weight.
 
After goods arrive at the destination port, please inspect the packages and products within 7 working days. Any production quality problems must be notified to us within this period for solutions. Damage caused by long-distance sea transportation shall be handled via logistics claim.

6. Order Cancellation Rule

If you actively cancel the confirmed order after paying the deposit, the 30% deposit is non-refundable. It will be deducted to cover the loss of aluminum raw materials and preliminary processing costs already incurred by our factory.

7. Warranty Service

  • Aluminum frame structure: 5 years warranty under regular outdoor usage
  • Motors, hinges, locks and other hardware accessories: 2 years warranty
     
    Warranty excludes damage from incorrect installation, artificial impact, extreme weather and coastal salt corrosion.

8. After-sales Consultation
