Shipping Costs

All customized aluminum outdoor products including aluminum pergolas, driveway gates, privacy fences and glass railings are delivered globally via ocean freight only. Air shipping is not available for our oversized metal structures due to extremely high airfreight costs. We cooperate with trusted international shipping carriers to arrange stable and safe sea transportation from Foshan, China to all major seaports throughout Europe.

Ocean shipping fees are calculated in accordance with international W/M rules, which take both total packed volume and total gross weight into consideration. The shipping line will compare the two figures, and freight will be charged based on the higher value. The cargo volume is measured in cubic meters (CBM), while 1 cubic meter equals 1000 kilograms for sea freight conversion. As solid dense aluminum goods, most of our orders are priced by actual gross weight.

We provide two flexible sea shipping options to fit different order sizes. Less than Container Load (LCL) is suitable for small trial orders, where goods are consolidated with other shipments in one shared container and charged per cubic meter. Full Container Load (FCL) is designed for bulk wholesale and engineering orders; we will reserve an entire 20ft or 40ft container exclusively for your cargo, with a fixed container rate that brings better cost savings for large purchases.

Final shipping rates are subject to several variable factors: destination port, total order volume and weight, seasonal freight market fluctuations, fuel prices, and additional services including cargo insurance, reinforced wooden export packaging and door-to-door delivery. We will offer you the latest accurate freight quotation after your order details are fully confirmed.

Multiple international trade terms are available for your selection, including FOB Nansha Port, CIF European ports and DDP door-to-door delivery service. Our standard production cycle lasts 15 to 25 working days after deposit payment and drawing confirmation. The ocean transit time from China to European ports ranges from 22 to 40 days. We will supply complete customs documents such as commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin to assist you with local import clearance.
