General Sales Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all customized aluminum outdoor product orders placed with our factory, including aluminum pergolas, driveway gates, privacy fences, glass balustrades and related accessories. By confirming your order and paying the deposit, you agree to abide by all the following clauses.

1. Customized Product Confirmation

All our items belong to non-standard tailor-made goods. Production is carried out strictly according to confirmed CAD drawings, dimensions, wall thickness, RAL color codes, hardware configurations and your personalized design requirements.
 
Once production commences, any changes to size, style, color or structure will not be accepted arbitrarily. If revision is urgently needed, extra rework costs and extended lead time will be charged accordingly.

2. Payment Terms

  1. A 50% deposit shall be paid in advance to arrange raw material procurement and production scheduling after drawings are fully confirmed.
  2. The remaining 50% balance must be fully settled before goods are loaded into containers for sea shipment.
  3. We accept international bank transfer (T/T) as the only payment method for bulk orders. Credit card, PayPal and other online payments are not supported for large cargo orders.

3. Production Lead Time

The standard production cycle is 15–25 working days counting from the day we receive your deposit and confirmed production drawings.
 
Delays may occur slightly due to raw material shortages, customized complex craftsmanship or public holidays, and we will inform you of the schedule adjustment in advance.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All goods are delivered via ocean freight from China to European ports. Freight cost is calculated based on total cargo volume and gross weight.
 
We offer FOB, CIF and DDP trade terms as you require. Transit time to European ports ranges from 22 to 40 working days, depending on your destination country and shipping schedule.

5. Quality Inspection & Acceptance

You can arrange third-party factory inspection before shipment to check product dimension, welding quality, surface coating and overall workmanship.
 
Please inspect goods promptly upon arrival at your destination port. Any production quality defects shall be notified to us within 7 working days after goods receipt; we will provide free reproduction solutions for confirmed factory-caused faults.

6. Warranty Coverage

  1. Aluminum main frame: 5-year structural warranty under normal outdoor use
  2. Electric motors, hinges, locks and all hardware fittings: 2-year limited warranty
     
    Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, man-made collision, natural disasters or long-term harsh coastal salt erosion beyond normal usage scope.

7. Order Cancellation Rules

If you voluntarily cancel the confirmed order after deposit payment, the 50% deposit will not be refunded, which will be used to compensate for raw material loss and preliminary processing expenses incurred by our factory.

8. Intellectual Property

All customized design drafts provided by you are only for the production of your exclusive order. We will not copy or sell your personalized designs to any other clients without authorization.
